Pastoral Support
Beyond the basic teachings, we receive input on the Christian response to current life issues, such as entertainment, mass media, and population control. We also receive skill-related training such as those on praying with the scriptures, Bible sharing, and personal group Bible studies.
We also receive spiritual enhancement from the service we render to the community and/or to its various service involvements in the Church:
These services range from administration work, pastoral caring for other members, or involvement with the intra-community ministries such as music, liturgy, celebration and sounds system management.
Services outside the community bring us to various parish and outreach work. There, we conduct retreats and Christian life programs or perform works of mercy. The community also provides parishes and outreaches with resource speakers.
Finally, to ensure our continuing spiritual growth, the community strongly encourages us to set in place a rich personal and family prayer life, supported by a devotion to the reading of Scriptures, availment of the sacraments and study of the faith.
