Common Activities

The community’s common activities are also venues for receiving spiritual enhancement:

Regularly, we, as members, come together for a special celebration of the Eucharist, followed by teachings on Catholic faith and doctrine, or on practical Christian living.

The community celebration of the great Christian feasts also provide us with a deeper understanding and appreciation of our Catholic faith. Celebrations on which the community places special emphasis are Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter and Pentecost.

We also come together once a week in small cell groups called men’s and women’s groups (MWG). Here, we pray and reflect on scriptures, share insights and discuss our concerns. We are led in the cell group by a pastoral leader who is trained for this special task. When we need input for our situation or important decisions, we readily find these from the prayerful insights and sharings of the members of our cell groups.
